After-Sales Service Engineer

Specialized in Mechatronics, Hydraulic Drive, Electronic Technology Application, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering

Job Description:

1.Responsible for product handover, post-delivery installation, commissioning, and customer on-site acceptance; provide product-related technical and operational training as needed.

2.Offer technical services based on customer needs and promote aftermarket products (such as parts sales and rentals).

3.Enhance after-sales service quality and customer satisfaction, gathering relevant customer feedback and satisfaction information.

4.Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate feedback on customer requirements, service status, and quality issues to supervisors.

5.Responsible for preliminary confirmation of customer warranty parts and fault causes.

6.Prepare customer complaint handling reports.

7.Effectively promote spare parts based on outcomes from on-site service work.

Qualifications:

·Associate degree or above in Mechatronics, Hydraulic Drive, Electronic Technology Application, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
