Job Responsibilities:
1.Adhere to company, department, and workshop rules and regulations.
2.Follow drawings, work instructions, and process cards to complete production tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency.
3.Strictly comply with "operating procedures" to meet daily production goals, and take responsibility for product quality.
4.Timely report any production issues to the supervisor, and escalate major problems affecting quality or progress to department leadership.
5.Accurately fill out all production process records.
6.Actively seek to improve personal technical skills and propose constructive suggestions for product and site improvements.
Qualifications:
1.High school or technical school diploma or above, with a focus on mechanical-related fields.
2.At least 1 year of experience in spray painting.
3.Familiar with product coating processes and safety requirements; skilled in paint mixing and spraying.
4.Strong hands-on abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to follow instructions.
