Job Responsibilities:

1.Oversee product handover, installation, commissioning, and customer on-site acceptance after delivery; provide product-related technical and operational training as required.

2.Offer technical services based on customer needs and promote aftermarket products (including parts sales and rentals).

3.Work to improve after-sales service quality and customer satisfaction, gathering relevant customer feedback on satisfaction levels.

4.Understand customer needs and provide timely and accurate feedback on customer requirements, service status, and quality issues to superiors.

5.Responsible for preliminary confirmation of customer warranty parts and fault causes.

6.Prepare customer complaint handling reports.

7.Effectively promote spare parts based on the outcomes of on-site service work.

Qualifications:

1.Associate degree or above in Mechatronics, Hydraulic Drive, Electronic Technology Application, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields.

2.At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

3.Possess a mid-level electrician certificate, with expertise in generator set maintenance and fault diagnosis.

4.Proficient in using office software and business applications; willing to travel for work.
